River Bank Run Expo

Today we were at the expo for the River Bank Run kicking off tomorrow morning!

Ain't no school like the old school!

Expo was a lot of fun!  Yesterday I was pretty stressed and my headache kept me awake till almost 5am but even all of that couldn't keep me down!  I love my job.  And the energy, positivity, and charity of the running community has never failed to pump me up!  I am blessed.

It was great to see Blaize again and meet his fiancé - Shannon, who I also perchance encountered before unknowingly while working for PowerBar.

I'd love to write more but tomorrow is a 4am wake-up call and I need to get to bed!
